A deep dive into the world of your IT team and how BetterCloud makes their lives easier.
The Challenge
The task was to create an explainer that describes BetterCloud's offerings from a high-level. An interesting challenge was that we needed to "future-proof" the video—since their platform would be making some changes, we couldn't rely on showing specific UI. Also, we needed to make sure we didn't depict IT teams as if they were lacking in productivity or ability. They're crushing it every day to serve their organization, and BetterCloud gives them a a powerful boost of visibility and control into their SaaS stack.
The Solution
The approach here was to celebrate the unique view that IT teams have of their organization, using a playful sci-fi exaggeration. We start the video with a quick glimpse into a general office setting, before transitioning into a stylized, hi-tech world of the IT team. Floating screens, imaginative transitions, helpful robots—it was all on the table. The freedom created by this futuristic setting also allowed us to show the benefits and features of BetterCloud in an abstracted way, keeping the video both engaging and evergreen.
