A series of videos that spotlight different home health providers at Compassus.
The Challenge
Home health care can be a very tough industry to work in. There are countless challenges, changes, and emotions that go along with it. Compassus came to us with the desire to craft real stories about their team members that provide a glimpse into what the job entails, to not just recruit more people but to recruit the right people who will stick around long term.
The Solution
While we've pitched and produced other testimonial projects that are a bit more complex in their production styles—think curated interview setups or zippy motion graphic—the aim here what authenticity, so we went with a pared down approach. With a couple of cameras, and a few additional crew members, we were able to keep a light, nimble footprint while filming across a variety of locations in Wisconsin over the course of a few days.
