Back when Demo Duck was in its infancy, we grew up right alongside something that would help define our identity. Explainer videos. Our clients loved them, and we loved making them. But we started to feel a little like Oprah. “You get an explainer video! And you get an explainer video!
When we ask people to appear in customer testimonial videos, we get one of two responses: “YES! Now I can start my IMDb page.” And the others that say, “Uh, sure? I don’t really want to, but I like you guys, so … I guess I’ll do it.” Customer testimonials are important. Like, really important.
