The Challenge
Though they have a suite of products developed for a wide range of users – Enterprise, SMBs, individuals – our relationship with Canon began with just two animated videos for a duo of multifunctional office devices. As print-related issues continue to grow in scope and complexity, the responsibilities and demands of IT professionals can soar. Canon challenged us to show IT professionals how Canon products can help them control, simplify, and evolve their business operations. The video needed to show these IT decision makers that their problems have been heard and that Canon has the solution.
The Solution
We focused on the value that Canon products provide to the professionals who use them. By capturing the devices and their features, as well as evidence to support their benefits, we were able to demonstrate Canon’s quality and reliability. Using clear and sharp 3D animation, we were able to deliver a compelling message and visualize Canon’s efficient and effective technology. Since those initial videos, our partnership has expanded to videos for third party software tools, toner cartridge instructional content, and a variety of product animations for their consistently evolving line of devices.
