TechWeek in Chicago

Today, Demo Duck is competing against 34 other startups for a chance at $100K in cash and prizes at TechWeek here in our hometown, the Windy City. While the money might be nice, we’re really here for some good publicity and a chance to meet some interesting people and startups. Chicago has developed a surprisingly lively and interesting startup community lately, and it’s exciting to be a part of it.

Spending some time around other startups today has given me a chance to reflect on how intense, challenging and rewarding the last six months have been. We’re rapidly approaching the “100 videos served” mark, and in my opinion, we’re just getting started. We’ve been honored to work with interesting clients like Trulia, Startups.com, KISSinsights and many more. Each video we build is unique, and we love learning about each business and working one-on-one with entrepreneurs and marketers to develop a video that exceeds expectations and helps drive new sales and signups (sounds cheesy, I know, but it’s true!)

We’ve been fortunate to be continually adding talented and creative animators to our network, and their work is on par with some of the best talent in the industry.
